Is Raise Your Threshold available outside the US?

Yes! Level 1 of Raise Your Threshold (everything you see in the video above) is available to anyone, anywhere.

I want to do lab testing, how do I do that?

Lab testing (gut health, hormone, micronutrient, food sensitivity) may be added to Raise Your Threshold! Whenever you order a lab test you receive a personalized protocol based on your results plus a recorded video walkthrough by Kelli. Lab testing available in select areas in the US only.

Do you still work with people one-on-one?

You can add one-on-one support to Raise Your Threshold in level 2 and level 3.

Do you take insurance?

At this time Raise Your Threshold is private pay only and does not take insurance or provide superbills. We do offer flexible payment plans to help fit your budget!

Is this program good for vestibular migraine?

Yes!

What format is Raise Your Threshold?

Raise Your Threshold is a combination of self-paced video modules, downloadable worksheets, and weekly group calls. All video modules have a closed caption option. Our live weekly zoom calls also have a closed caption toggle.

I’m worried about extra screen time!

I walk you through each video module so if you prefer, you can close your eyes and listen to them instead! There is very minimal reading required for this program (i.e. no written modules or articles to read).

I don’t want to diet or cut out foods, is this program still for me?

Yes! As an intuitive eating dietitian, I focus more on what foods we can add TO your diet and ways of eating that are supportive for migraine. We do talk sometimes about instances where removing things like gluten are an option, but it’s never mandatory!

Is Raise Your Threshold a weight-loss program?

No, RYT is not a weight loss program.
